Damian founded DC Network Solutions in 2006 to offer IT services/solutions to small/medium sized businesses within the Hudson Valley region of New York State. Much of his time spent in the early years was devoted to designing IT systems from the ground up or scaled to conform with the customer’s existing systems.
In 2011, iSectra was formed with a leading local software provider which enabled DC Solutions to expand its overall offering to their customers. The migration led to DC Network Solutions, DBA iSectra which has grown to offer full virtual vCIO/IT services, support and solutions to customers all over the tristate area.
As the founder, Damian now oversees the strategic direction of iSectra.
iSectra continues to provide highly customized, technology solutions that further business goals and objectives. iSectra customers continue to leverage the tremendous opportunities that technology can deliver.
Bob brings 15 years of business development, operations support and direct sales experience to iSectra. Bob takes a primary leadership role in all aspects of business development, generates strategic plans to elevate organizational performance, coordinates account development operations and cultivates key existing partnerships. Bob has extensive experience in helping SMB and Enterprise organizations uncover costly balance sheet items and providing solutions to minimize these costs without sacrificing operating requirements. Spanning 50 years, Raul has held several, high impact positions over the years, including working on the designs/blueprints for power plants still in operation today, sales management within the building/construction industry, and project management for the Public Sector & Housing Authority. Joining iSectra in 2011, Raul uses his experience to provide mentorship and advice in many areas of current operations, including client management, proposal preparation, employee recruitment and growth strategies.
Joining iSectra in 2015, Michael is a Senior IT Support Specialist. He brings 16 years of information security and customer service experience to iSectra. As a Microsoft Certified Professional, Michael has exceptional technical skills which enables him to problem solve quickly, efficiently and completely. Michael has a proven performance record on the technical side but also exhibits an outgoing personality which directly defines the overall culture of iSectra.
Joining iSectra in 2016, Roni is an IT Support Specialist. Roni holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayand University in India. He spent 2 years in Dubai as an IT Service provider creating Windows applications and implementing networking platforms to help various companies maintain their IT infrastructure. With over 6 years of experience helping end-users with IT support, Roni continues to exceed service and maintenance requirements. His endearing attitude and technical skill level has already had a positive impact for iSectra customers.
Joining iSectra in 2008, Paul is a Senior IT Support Specialist. Paul’s career spans 15 years holding multiple positions in the IT field. Starting out as Network Help Desk Support, he has consistently broadened his knowledge by learning and excelling in both MAC and Windows environments. He has overseen the installation of WIFI systems within the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres organizations. Today, Paul’s technical skill set along with his outgoing personality truly makes him an integral part of the iSectra family.
